I found in the BTS rules that "warez is not allowed" can somebody tell in detail what is warez actually ?

Warez is a term generally used to refer to illegally obtained software (being games or other programs). Warez are mostly ripped games/programs, whereas ISOz are images of the original CDs. Either way you look at it, it is illegal and thus now allowed. DON.
Warez are softwares that are being sold without the owner/developer's permission or knowledge. Usually, warez would come with cracks, keygens, & the likes.
The piracy of copyright protected stuff is called warez which is probably illegal and is one of the cyber crime.
