@kbeus21: We used a similar service that generated a few hundreds "non targeted" followers (http://twitter.xaviermedia.com/t/seosapien). At first it didn't make much sense but after a while we've noticed that most of our tweets are being retwetted several times and are generating some decent back links through the syndication of the content we posted.
