What is VCC ?

    It is a "One Time Use" card. it wont exist in a plastic card form(as the name says, its a virtual CC). This is generally used by many people, as they dont want to expose their real credit card info to others. It is popularly used in verification process for paypal, ebay etc.

    its virtual credit card, with all information that real credit cards have or we use online, mostly used to verify paypal account and in eaby. i have used it

    is using a VCC to verify account safe ?

    asking this cos since a VCC is only a use and throw kind of an arrangement, will Paypal come to know of it and possibly limit accounts or anything?

    VCC means Virtual Credit Card. VCC is not recommended to verify your paypal account. Its better to use bank account or real credit card to varify your paypal.

    VCC is Virtual credit card. It can be used once only to make purchases. You dont required your real information to get a VCC. You spend some money around $6-8 and get the VCC
