    ROR is a programming to make websites. I dont think there is any relation between SEO and ROR

    Well.. I don't think so there is a direct connection of Ruby on Rails with SEO. ROR is an open source web application framework and SEO is a part of Internet Marketing.

    So it is possible that website built in ROR needs to do SEO.
    otherwise there is no direct connection.
    This is what my knowledge says..
    other experts may tell you more in detail..
