Its the flow of visitors to your site.. Doing SEO and building backlinks can help you to get traffic. Traffics can earn you revenue if you use advertisements and affiliate programs
You need to read up a little more about the terms around the forum. Take your time... you don't need to jump right into making money tomorrow. Get a general idea about things, how search engines operate, what CTR is, what kind of website you would like to have, and then start getting serious. The reason I'm saying this is because "traffic" is a pretty common word used around here. You need to understand what is GOOD traffic and what is BAD traffic. Good traffic = Organic (From search engines), direct, interested users in what you have to offer, etc. BAD traffic = PAID traffic, AUTO surf, people who don't care for your site, etc. If you need help in specific areas, there are lots of forum sections for appropriate threads. People here are more than happy to help if you need any assistance. I can keep going on more and more about specific subjects, but spend some time reading around the forum first.
