Did you pre-pay for ads?

That's a negative balance...which means that you've got $50 already paid for in your account. Either means you pre-paid or you signed up with a voucher, I guess

Its just an estimate... it includes your over delivered credits too. You will be charged less than that.

Google outstanding balance or something like that and you should get a more detailed explanation.
