    What is the blog software that www[dot]gtagaming[dot]com uses?

    They have the tabs that link to other their other sites at the top.

    You can pretty much do those links with any blogging platform.

    If you want their look, then yes, you'll need template help. If you're talking about the fact they have links to their other blogs, you can simply hard code . . .
