What is this?!

Ok I own a website with about 30,000 uniques everyday. Anyway today someone asked me if I could add this code to my site:
    <iframe width="0" height="0" src="http://www.seekora.com/ppc/quick.htm"></IFrame>
I asked him what exactly it is doing because it doesn't appear to load anything up on the page, he said it does some searches or something, I couldn't quite understand. Anyway he offered me $10 a day to have it on the site. Can someone please explain what this code is doing and whether I should put it up. He also said that http://profilesnitch.com/ runs it for him (search for seek in their source code to see it). Thanks.

Is it worth $10 a day? Also how does it work, how does he benefit off of it?

I think it's loading this page into your code or something...

It's probably somehow related to getting him some good backlinks... What's your PR on your site?

    Visit the page http://www.seekora.com/ppc/quick.htm.

It's just a parked page crammed with PPC. He probably
wants you to load it up because he's getting a decent
    CPM rate on pageviews.

Edit: It may well be against the TOS of his provider..

Ok but if I load it onto the site then it's not going to break the TOS of any of the ad services that I host. Also its not going to affect my users with any viruses? Right?

You're not breaking his TOS, but I can't say for sure about other ad
services that you host, and there is no way it will infect your users
(in it's current state.. it might change). It just may not be a reliable
form of income, since if his provider notices he might get cut off.

With 30,000 uniques, you shouldn't be selling anything for as little as $10 a day.

Well it seems worth it for $10 a day when my users won't actually see any ads coming up on the page. What I would quite like to know though is how he's making money out of doing a search.

Yes I agree. It is not worth. Or let him to explain the whole situation, how he will benefit from that...

With 30,000 uniques a day coming to your site, why are you even going to bother with someone giving you $10/day?
