What is this worth in your eyes? All opinions wanted!

Hi, i have a directory with alot of visitors every day and i am thinking of selling it now or later. Not sure what to do yet, that's why i am posting this.

I want some opinions on how much it is worth this directory, from people that i dont know and people that dont only want to be nice and say it's worth loads of money. Thanks in advance for any answers!

It was just based on your revenues., i dint check your backlinks and other factors,

8months *5$ + 2.5(average) *8 months and 16 days.,

 

May i ask how you count? I got 8 bought featured links, and $1-$5/Day on adsense so it would go alot higher than $56.50 if you use the adsense to value the site? 30-31 Days in one month.
Also checked all the subcategories for pr now, seems like 39 of them has a PR2.


Also if you could take everything in consideration and value it based upon that instead of basing it just on the adsense, i know the .info brings the value down quite much.
