that is just so hard to believe... that some people still don't know what the internet is, especially since he is from a well developed country and he certainly has the money to buy a computer...
Under those circumstances he needs to recuse himself and let a new judge hear the trial. And then he needs to start living in the real world and get a computer!
You almost want to feel bad for the judge. If he doesn't make the correct judgment in the trial due to his lack of internet knowledge you can be sure he will be harassed.
what I can't figure out, how can you be a judge or politician or whatever in this century and not have at least email and or be familiar with the internet
