In the movie Disturbia, the scene were the main character (shia la buff) is spying on the hot girl's party with his binoculars, a song is playing that goes like "to rise up, open your eyes up"
I searched the lyrics but cant find anything. can someone please help? thanks sooo much.

when you know the melody but not the song, you can try this : http://www.midomi.com/
when you sing or hum at least 10 sec of a song, it finds similar songs
you can find the correct song if you are talented :p
