    Its hard to tell from just numbers but do daily income X 30 X 10 and you can get a rough estimated.

    If it's earned that much consistently, then it would be worth $0.5m-$1m, maybe more depending on the product, clients and brand etc.

    From what I understand, it's a very profitable business, in the 30%+ range.

    Question, why would you assume 10 months revenue? While that may be true for forums and general site, real businesses tend to yield much more?

    if the site sells hard goods (products) and has a generally increasing sales rate, I'd not sell it for less than 24X revenue, but that's me.

    do you own a building or property under the business name? the value of inventory also increases the value of a sale. there are lots of factors really. getting such advice on a forum where you have potential buyers is not the wisest move, IMHO. I'd talk to someone locally who has more experience in such matters.
