    I'm looking to sell this site:

    It has a ton of data bases and critical information for international business.

    Am we out of the woods if we asked for $100k for it?

    Dream on, the site is just 5 months old (according to dnscoop) and has just a pagerank 2 with almost no backlinks, your alexa rank is also very low (+7.000.000)...

    Although, if the information and content provided is extremely valuable it might be worth a lot, but not 100K... Normally you have to multiply the monthly income with 12 to know the *real* value of your website...

    How much money has this site been making? Any proof.

    Just looking at the site without any proof of revenue. I would say this site is worth $500 max.

    Yah, this site has almost no back links to it, so i don't know what keywords you are aiming for, but this is probably not high in any search engine listings. Your alexa ranking is 3million lower than mine, and mine is a brand new site that i started 3 weeks ago.

    100k is no where near how much this site is worth.

    As to payment proofs etc, at one point it was somewhere in the vicinity of $10k per month, although that went through the shitter. It might just be better to sell off the databases then you think?

    The site is a lot older than 5 months. The thing is it was hosted in the US and then it was switched over to another server. You should be able to dig up a cache on Alexa, or maybe google to prove that.

    But what I'm hearing is basically since the sales went through the shitter, and the traffic isn't good, it's just worth scrap and maybe $20 for the domain and then just sell the databases then.

    not that appealing, hopefully good content will be your selling point.
