That looks like it's using a custom ASP.Net script.

A similar PHP script is OSCommerce http://www.oscommerce.com/

Thanks Jim. But I am looking more on a script where people can create their own store. I know oscommerce. A bit difficult to get it customized and working. I am want to create a site where people can start selling as soon as they reg at my site.

You guys can feel comfortable to know that is the first thing I checked out. Maybe you misunderstood my question and I gave a misleading description.
I am looking for a script that gives the same feature as in the site above.
I have found one b4 but forgot to bookmark it and now I cannot seem to find the site.
Smartcube is obviously the dev for the site and will not share the script in anyway.
Anyone else who knows besides the obvious above answer?
