I have seen same in action somewhere..... I think its youtube clone...... If you want to run a video site.... I recommend u to use clipbucket as a video platform... PHP MELODY, VIDISCRIPT, PHPMOTION are also the options.... Just have a little search and then P.M me if u want a site like that..... Regards....
There is also a wprobot script that will add youtube videos to a standard wordpress site. It's a great auto blog plugin. Try out the free clickbank module first to see how you like it.
