I was checking links for a client site on their inside pages and found about 4-6 scrapers linked to each product page. They all look similar (they have news fees at top with text which is often quite irrelevant --which causes me to wonder how they expect to rank for anything-- and then website links farther down with my client site listed (with a 200 HTTP link which appears to be harmless) and then spammy menu links, but other than the later I can't find anything worth reporting to Google spam with these sites and it doesn't appear they are doing any harm to my client site (no good either as they all have no follow on all outside links). I would appreciate it if someone else can check out this sample and let me know if there is cloaking going on (I don't know how to detect it) or anything else that can harm another site. http://www.handmade-items.net/hand-made-coffee-table.php
