what is this meta tag?

    i changed some ads around and found this tag on there

    <meta name="verify-v1" content="Tj+H7Nv7eIgEnZcFqKQVYyOpD+kvqAuVYQnIQLvc8J0=" />

    i don't know if that belongs to google adsense so i'm afraid to take it off it might change everything around.

    somebody help?

    It's the verify site code for Google Webmaster Tools, nothing to do with adsense but you might want to keep it there.

    It not a valid HTML or XHTML value for meta tag. just site verification code but i m sure nothing of adsense, you can remove that code once your site is verified.

    No you can't, not unless you want to stop using webmaster tools for that site.

    I agree. Google continually checks for it (as it does the other file based verification method).
