What is this guy doing?

    When I searched for ringtones three similar ads with the same landing pages appeared and all 3 sent me to a page similar to domain parking or such page(http://12.ringtonesxr.com/). What's this guy's strategy, is he doing arbirtrage or am i missing something? Whatever he is doing he is basically dominating ringtones or anything related with ringtones, tmobile ringtones, cingural ringtones, free ringtones, etc. For all of those he has 3 or more ads and they are all forwarding to that domain parking like landing page.

    As much as I can see this guy is loosing his money for nothing.
    His website only has a menu and logo, nothing more ( I mean all of them).
    Maybe he forgot to turn of his Adwords account after stop working with websites.

    I think he is doing arbirtrage by Adwords and domain parking.
    Do you know the price of .cn domains when you registered it?
    1 CNY per year, that's about USD 0.14 per year.
    I am a Chinese and I know there are some peoples registered lots of .cn domains....

    We don't know if it's lame or not but the guy is dominating adwords it seems and I don't think he would be doing it just for shits and giggles.
