What is this guy doing?

    Hey, Iv been doing some research and all over the content network I keep running across this guys site: www.instanteyecandy.com

    Now what he is doing is bidding on cheap keywords and then advertising for videos on the subject. for example if he was bidding on "black mamba snakes" he would then have an ad that says "Amazing Snake Videos".

    My question is what type of offers is he running on the "video" page? I can not see them because they are USA only ads so what ever he is serving in the iframe just gives a "cannot find page error".
