What is this border type/style called?

    Hello, I have seen it around ever since I got into designing and never really looked into it until now. But, what would the style or that kind of border be called?

    Yeah, that's just a picture, not certain how/why it would be relevant to web development -- IN FACT such artsy crap is the antithesis of sane and rational accessible design, reeking of "Hey look what I can do in Photoshop!"

    In the future, if you want help with a site, your best bet is a link to the site, not a link to a picture of the site. We can look at the code of a site, we can't look at the site's code by looking at a picture of it.
