A rattlesnake when I was a teenager. I jumped over a rock wall to retrieve an errant golf ball. The instant, audible rattling gave me such a shot of adrenalin that I can't even remember touching that rock wall as I leapt back over it onto the golf course.
I trod on a slug - bare footed.....yuck!! PS. What is it with people getting nails through their feet ? lol
I know the feeling. When I was young, I was learning how to ride my bike. Well I accidentally went into the ditch at the same spot where a big mount of fire ants was. I had ant bites all over me, but primary on my back and upper legs.
The worst thing I have stepped on was Cow poop, covered my entire shoes and end up making my car smell very bad.
I had the nail in the foot thing happen to me too.... It didn't quite go all the way through, so I had to go to the hospital and they had to dig out a small piece of my shoe that was up inside my foot...
A bit of your shoe? I didn't know that was even possible. I remember when I was younger my little brother falling on the floor on his knees and getting a nail cut his leg a bit, wasn't really that deep though so he was fine. He got a hammer in the back of his head too when he was younger, the end with the 2 spikes, but he was fine.
I stepped on an angry beaver once, she was pissed! probably when I was 12, nine inch rusty nail on a trip with my friend and his parents
I am glad to say that I haven't stepped on anything bad enough that I can recall it. Maybe I am a ghost. uh oh...
