    We should never calculate the websites popularity based on the search results count. We should calculate it based on the visitors, page views (and also returning visitors: visitors who regularly come). Google is the 1st website to get more visitors and the 2nd one is facebook (These days). You can go with alexa.com to find the rankings of the websites.
