    I haven't heard about a war. But Yahoo and Google do have competing search engines for example, as well as email, etc.

    I think there is no any war between Yahoo and Google..Google is evolving as a great search engine and Yahoo is dying as a search engine due to its too much ads and news. It seems like yahoo is not a search engine, it is an advertisement site..:)
