what is the way to get re index my back links

    My URL is: www.giftstantra.com ,

    we got penalized by google on December because of copied,spam content , we had removed manually our 60 % of back links and rest of we submitted in Disavow tool.
    Now i need to know what is the way to get re index my back links and get my ranking back.

    I would not yet suggest using the dissavow tool. Its like using a sledgehammer to hang a picture.

    That said, the best thing for you to do is nothing.
    Just do the right thing moving forward. There is no way to polish a turd if that makes sense.
