    Some feed directories provide you with some link juice via dofollow links. As well it keeps the spiders crawling your content.

    There is no real link value for RSS feeds in terms of SEO. That being said I find RSS feeds a great way to spread your content around without having to update sites individually (facebook pages, blogs, etc). For instance on my main website I'll have the RSS feeds from other blogs that I occasionally post on different social networks. Keeps them all centralized.

    Rss feeds express your content in very effectively.So, For SEO purpose yes certainly it has values.

    Create one Feed and subscribe it all social networking and other sites.

    Now when you update ur rss feed ..it will be updated to all other sites where you have subscribed it.

    In Search Engine Optimization techniques yes rss feeds are important...
    So, letsnurture with this RSS feeds. :)

    I`d suggest reading more about 'RSS marketing' .. and how feeds can tenfold increase your earnings. In terms of SEO it`s not that valuable..
