What is the value of a site that makes $1,200/mo?

If a site is bringing in consistently $1,200/mo for 6 months, how much can it be sold for?

The income is mostly from affiliated product lines and some ads. Has a lot of Google juice, 90% of the traffic comes from organic search. Ranks first page for a lot of product terms.

I'd say around $15,000 or so, that's how much I would sell it for.

So in other words in this business sites sell for about what they make annually? (roughly) Kind of like coffee shops.

For a site with that type of turnover in our experience it is worth selling through a business agency as they will more often than not got you a higher price for the business than by selling on the internet in forums or similar, as many potential buyers are out there but they don't frequent techie webmaster type forums

It is all about 'getting more bucks' more green

We have done those type of deals and made the added value price

according to me it totally depends on the content of your site... If you have content related to auto's you might get more but if you have related to tech then little less then expectations

It won't be easy to sell such site. I don't see the reason to sell it anyway.

Based on the info you have provided, I would say 12 month's revenue would be reasonable.

being british, i agree with 'britishguy' - sell it through some kind of agency or try get offers from investment companies and sell bits of it off.

btw: what is the address of your site? if it could be developed further, id say over £7,000 ($13,000)
