    It depends..

    For example: If you hire someone to do directory submissions, it will be cheap but if you hire someone for link building at content sites then it will be of courser expensive than directory submissions. I can't say any fix price here.

    Don't forget it also depends on your competition but of course after getting to the top rank, SEOs charge lesser to maintain that position.
