    What is the use of Google Sitemap.?

    I read lot about Google Sitemap on the web. And i installed plenty of apps in wordpress blog. But i dont see any improvement in my blogs performance

    Your RSS feed works very similar to an xml sitemap. Basically it is a way to notify google of pages you have on your website, so if you have an rss feed, google probably already picks up your new pages.
