Zero cost to sign up for Clickbank. If you can setup a website or a blog, you can do it yourself without too many bumps.

    Good Luck!

The costs for becoming a vendor are about $57 I believe.. ( administration fees ) As for the professional goes, that depends what you want, A simple thankyou page is enough to deliver the product BUT you will want to secure it, or maybe use a member area? It's all not that hard dude.

To sell a product or to become a seller on Clickbank costs a one-time $49.95 product activation fee. For more information on other requirements, you may want to go to this link: http://www.clickbank.com/help/vendor-help/vendor-basics/vendor-checklist/.

Regards the making of the sales page and thank you/download page, you can purchase templates or software to help you. So there maybe that additional cost. Of course, you can create your own sales page and thank you page and as someone else has said, that is not too hard to do.

And then there's the 10% juice they steal from you just for processing your transactions. Small fee considering they handle affiliate payouts but since you're probably going to need to manage your own CB affiliates anyways, you might as well siphon off your affs as fast as possible and move them under your own payment/affiliate system. Instant 7.5% boost to your bottom line.

Here's what stands true for me at least.

Plan to spend at least a couple of thousands for just the product if you don't want to be one of the failures. Investment for testing, marketing and developing affiliate area is extra.

Disclaimer: It doesn't apply to you if you think you got great writing and copywriting skills :)

All depends on what you can do yourself really.

I invested about 30k into earth4energy, but only because I didnt know how to record and produce professional dvds. If i could do it myself im sure I would have saved a lot of money.

Write the sales page yourself and just split test, copywriters cost a lot and nothing beast real life split testing.

For a simple ebook type product you should be able to do it all for free, just pay cb the $50 to activate.
