    Not true always!!
but in a business you can not depend on your staff always.
if they decide to leave your job then you'll be in trouble. you can hire a talent but that would not help you to aquire your talent.
I always prefer to get my own knowledge first rather than hiring a talented person for that.

Alot of you guysstil dont understnad. Adsense isn't a real buinsess. A real businessiswhen you sell somethign that people use. Adsense is just a hobby for people to make some extra money. Now I know some people are making a gazzilion dollars with adsense but that is only a very teeny tiny minority of adsense users. Yea for some people golf is a hobby. SOme people make millions playing golf but can everyone be pro golfers? No

Adsense isn;t a busiuness. get that in your stupid heads people. I make plenty of moeny with the web and it isn;t though adsense. I sell stuff. Get it selling?

It's not the most creative way to generate revenue, but it allows the people who would most likely leave your site otherwise make you some extra money.

I can relate... I was doing a lot of searches for php help and there was a few sites that just replicated content from forums and didn't really help at all and were useless...

    Curse those black hatters!

He has a point, but not really communicating it well...

Adsense could be your business... providing content... but using business 101 adsense income could be classified as 'diversifying your sources of income'...

I think for him, adsense shouldn't be used as the number 1 money earner, because if you think about it, you are relying on only one entity to bring you an income: google. In the real world, only having a contract with one money earner is risky business... (but everyone will argue there are other adsense like programs...)

This brings me to my 'secret'. It has been mentioned before that you should 'give more'. and so it will follow that you receive more...

well we can't simply make website to simple scam out adsense trying to get as many clicks as possible without considering the advertisers themselves. without the advertisers there would be no adsense and no income for us.

And why do they advertise? so they could make money. its supposed to be a win win situation. so when they make money - they will continue to advertise and hence we will have an income...

AdSense is just another way of generating revenue from content.

There are numerous AdSense competitors, with YPN and MSN joining the fray as we speak.

These are all just brokers -- the real customers are the Advertisers. Keep your eye on the customers -- the brokers will come and go but the customers will always be there.

iamned is actually correct, there isn't a business on this planet that makes money without selling something - be it goods, services, knowledge or whatever.
Equally, no company pays out money for anything unless they are getting something in return. If they get something in return then someone effectively sold it to them. Guess what, Google make plenty of money and they don't give it away to webmasters for the fun of it - if you think hard enough iamned I'm sure even you'll be able to work out what we sell in return for that money.
Adsense is part of many people's online business, you don't have to be making $millions for it to be part of your business.
