since then i sit back and watch the " money click in "quite literally with only few minutes here and there of maintenance and housekeeping here and there

I have seen a handful of these kinds of messages on DP. They just sound WAY too much like a late night infomercial to me. "Be your own boss! Set your own hours! Set it and forget it! Have a yacht in 10 days!"

Sorry, but I have a natural cynicism for anything other than hard work, persistence, and putting in time on a regular basis.

 

spending a month writing 20-30thousand lines of code is not fun, neither are server crashes here and there, or meddling with linux

except for paying for servers and fixing bugs here and there really aint much i do, i found my "niche" as some people say, and i worked hard to make money out of it
