I want to know What is the Science Behind Swimming? What are some physics rules like boyont force or something else that we can consider while starting to learn it?
I too don't know in detail but my father always use to tell me that swimming applies most of the force to health which in results a well maintained health.
Do you want to learn swimming ? It seems that you do not know how to swim ? It is very simple to learn swimming. Listen some important thing : Human do not sink in water naturally: If you in water then try this : just hold your breath for 20 seconds, do not move your body or hands or legs, you starting to sink but wait after few seconds automatically water pulls up you on to over the water and you will float over water, so you do not sink. But why and when human sink in water : when humans move in indiscipline or think he is sinking and trying to move all body parts roughly then he going to sink. To learn swimming first you have to learn how to float over water. After knowing how to float, after floating simply move your hands and legs with free style then you could swim. This is the factor to learn how to swim.
Swimming is superb aerobic exercise and very tiring; the two things are, of course, connected. You can swim further for longer by swimming more efficiently, which means using as little energy as possible for each stroke by getting as much forward propulsion as possible.
