    Hi I have read Matt Cutts sculpting issue and get confused about internal pr distribution and i have some questions in this regards,
    Please help me to find the answers of the following questions:
    1. is navigation also include in internal page rank value distribution?
    2. if i am doing interlinking with content and one page is indicating more then 2 times then this will count only one out going link or same number?
    3. should we give itself link for page or not?

    Please help me?
