What is the quickest way to add yourself to lots of directories?

    Hi Everyone

Just wondering what people thought the quickest way is to add your site to free web directories. I have found 1000s of free ones but do I really have to manually put in my details. I know this is lazy and you can pay for some one to do it but I want tot do it for free.

    Thanks

Spend an afternoon with roboform or something like that and submit to about 10-20 decent ones, some free some paid. Avoid the brand new ones that accept any links. They'll do nothing for you but waste your time.

An afternoon? 10-20? With google toolbar installed (and it remember the inputs) i can submit to between 100-150ish per hour.... you just need to set some time aside ever day (even if its 10-15 minutes) and submit... that way you'll gradually build up a good number of backlinks.

You have two choices, either do it yourself or pay someone to do it... tis up to you...

You should search the magic lamp and rub it , when the genie comes (if this does not happen you found the wrong lamp search again) , genie will ask your three wishes , you can use one of them for this.If this seems complicated then there is another way you can submit to them by hand or using directory submitters :)

How about a directory toolbar that could not only remember the details of your site allowing you to autofill each directory submission page but one that also remembers which directories you've already submit to? hence you never revisit a directory you've already submitted to... does that sound good or does that sound good?

Yes and alot of the people that submit unpaid links were using thier software as i sent requests to find out were the submittions were coming from
and all 4 said digimax... :(

Needless to say i went to thier forum and caused a disturbance in the force.. :p

    thx

Haha, I do not like unpaid links in my directory. I would recomment Roboform because it is the best. I got the Pro edition for only $5 and it can handle many different sites if you have them, this makes it easy to submit all your sites to one directory at a time!

The most updated web browsers remember all the submission form information except Description, which you should change periodically anyway.

I have a free directory that gets alot of spam/submissions from software/services. I don't know who is making the submissions, but they are either wrong category, description, url, title...etc. Needless to say, many get REJECTED, so is it really worth the money??? I am sure that some services are good, but definitely do your homework.

Either way, it costs you time or money...wait a minute...time is money. Holy crap, I better go submit!
