Knowledge of the subject of the category you are applying for.

Find a category you enjoy, and click the "Volunteer to edit this category" button the rest of the information is there. However, you may do well to read the rest of the guidelines, so you can better fill the app out.

I would stress an interest in the category you are applying for as well as category subject knowledge. When I joined, I had a passing interest in but no first hand knowledge on the topic of my first category. It sure was fun learning though.
