    This is why I don't get why people try to discourage PR excitement.

    PR6 and above means something, I think.
    When I visit a site and see the bar shoot across; I take notice.

    Well, I for one like the idea of PR because it gives me something to work for. I work hard every month with backlinking ect. trying to raise my sites PR and it feels good when I see a PR go from a 4 to 5.

    I could be doing all this work for nothing if PR really doesn't impact search results, but I dont mind it. If anything its not hurting my site as it is bringing in traffic.
