    good for what? depends what you want/need. its someone selling a subdomain of UK.com domain name as an alternative to .com or .co.uk, personally, not a fan.

    uk.com is a subdomain to the domain uk.com, It can be useful if the .com is not available. It is a general purpose domain. Other similar type of domains are .us.com, .de.com etc.

    There are some big companies in UK, that have uk.com domains
