So I am new to this Back linking world of SEO, I have been really diving into the Bookmarking, RSS feed and Pinging aspects of this and would like to know the right way.

Here is what I am currently doing, lets say i create a Squidoo page I then bookmark it and send it to a bunch of RSS submit sites. Should I be doing this the other way around? I also wondered if pinging should be brought up and where should I place it at, the beginning middle or end?

My second query is on how frequently should I rewash this procedure, should it be done weekly or monthly? I read somewhere that resubmitting your link to a Bookmarking, RSS or pinging site without adding new content is considered spam. If I add new content do they still this considered spam. Please help....

Quick question, what is the difference between pinging and submitting your site to a RSS feed site. They both have XMl codes, this really confuses me?

Thx for the help, I knew these question will not only help me but any noob that is on the process.

Well, Is your lens is getting any traffic?
It takes time to get a good position at Search engines, try promoting on blogs, forums but without spamming. A good advice for blog commenting: First search the topic of your lens. Use the following search term to find dofollow blogs:
keyword "Enter YourName@YourKeywords in the Name field to take advantage.

READ THE POST and comment anything about the POST, if you must criticize, do it! The best way to get traffic and a good link from blog commenting is by being relevant and giving a good comment, leading the readers to click your link. NEVER put your keywords in the name section of the comment form, use your name. If you have a personal weblog or profile page, put it in the website section otherwise leave it blank. Make the comment, and at the end, lead the readers to follow your link by doing something like this: "I found a similar post that I believe may be helpful:<a href='yourlink.com'>Your Keywords</a>"
