What is the Professional Software for building a website

    Hi,
    I am curious to know what is the best software or anything for building a website professionally and when I say professionally it means like GOOGLE YAHOO FACEBOOK etc.
    I think people call it CMS too but I am not sure there is dreamweaver and lots of other stuff I am confused like hell, what is the ultimate or the best option and why (like what are the advantages).

    I think Core php is best for made the site like facebook. Because all framework have some limitation.

    For that you can use the Core PHP technology using following S/W

    - Macromedia dreamviewer
    - My Sql 2003.
    - Wamp server 2.1
