Maybe they use their parents credit cards? Also there are pre-paid credit cards that lots of younger people purchase so they can buy music or whatever they want online so i would imagine that there is a demand for products from people ages 13-17...

 

Visiting top sites in your category and looking at who advertises there always gives you some pointers.
You don't have a category though... You have only part of your demographic data. Are these mostly girls or boys? Are they likely to be from affluent families or not?

As a general thought, I agree it is hard to monetize teen traffic through sales commissions.
An adsense click counts the same coming from a 13 year old or a 69 year old though. If you need to go general, Adsense may be a better option for you.

You'll get a very low conversion rate for any product since most teenagers don't have credit cards.

Probably it's best to use CPA on your website. (and use free offers - surveys)
