What is the probem with my site indexed in Google?

I do not know what Google is doing these days. Sometimes my site can be indexed up to 300 page, but sometimes it is 300 page. I just type" site:www.mydomain.com" the result is different every day. But no more that 350 . Did my site drop into sandbox or not?

Its called the google dance. That is completely normal. Just concentrate on building backlinks to your pages so google will be able to crawl those links and follow them to your pages. Hopefully this will get your pages back on the index

 

I forgot to mention, social bookmarking and RSS also helps in getting pages indexed
