What is the price range for domain with PR?

    Not considering the keyword etc for the domain name,
    what is the current market value for domains with PR, say PR3, 4, 5, 6, and 7?

    Depends on the length and keywords in the domain, but PR3 goes for about $20-30

    Not so many people selling real PR4/5/6, what'd you think a fair value for such domains?

    A lot of people are selling dropped domains with PR here.
    And I'd doubt there is much value for those unless there are a lot of backlinks to support the PR.

    It really depends on the backlinks also, and if the domain is expected to remain at the same PR next update.

    For instance a PR5 with a single PR2 backlink to me is worthless and i would only consider it based on name and not PR. Also anything under PR4 doesn't hold much worth for PR.

    i agree.. a high PR domain with very little backlinks is useless to me.

    so what would a genuine PR5 sell for? LLLLL.info?
