    First monetize your site and then multiply your annual revenue 10x... that should be the estimated value

    I think you mean monthly revenue, no one in their right mind would pay 10 years revenue for a site!!

    Well, not a bad site at all. If you are able to establish a constant revenue for around 4-6 months, people would definitely be willing to purchase 12x your monthly revenue.

    No I meant annual revenue... however I agree that multiple of 10x could be too much... what you guyz think? How much should it be?
