    A decent (but tiny) apartment in Melbourne is about $200,000 AUD.

    In country Victoria, where I am at the moment, the cheapest (liveable) houses are about $200-250,000.

    a good independent house costs 1.5 crore

    thats 320K USD


    good appartment is some 60lacks thats 135K usd
