Why people buy more from an ugly site than a good looking one really baffles me. I have asked a lot of Webmasters and they haven't a clue either. The onle thing I can think of is that most people have lousy taste, so you get most of your sales from an ugly site. Or, maybe it just seems that way??? Or, maybe in trying to design a nice-looking site, the sales pitch is lost, while an ugly site is simplier, the message is just thrown on the page, and it conveys a simple message a child can understand??? Beats the shit out of me.
