    1. Direct Deposit
    2. Check

    In check you can choose two type of shipping :

    2.a . Regular Shipping ( no cost )
    2.b . FedEx Shipping ( $40 )

    i'll take for CJ, coz it's more easy when you promote or you need a fees that they offer,... I already did it even I dont sell them...

    It really just depends on what you are trying to market, however CJ offers more ways to earn rather (for publishers) than just selling products, you can earn by referring people to signup for services also.
