I want to hear everyone's opinion, no polls.. just your reply on what a form of government is that is most opposite of a tyrannous one like Nazi Germany.

    Patrick Henry was badass.

Hitler wasn't as tyrannical as many others.

You need some form of democracy, armed citizens, law that cannot be overwritten by government without consensus, and fundamental individual rights preserved in that law.

Correct. I forgot to add that citizens need to be able to initiate impeachment by petition, And the death penalty for committing fraud while a member of the state apparatus.

A republican (small "R") form of government that is free of control by business and religion.
