Hello all, I hope your having a great day. I was wondering, what is the normal growth rate for a new website, assuming its fairly decent and has good content? How many UV is considered good for a new site, being less then a month old, and assuming the page has fair SEO, social networking ect, and how fast does it usually rise if it is going to be a successful website. Traffic depends on various things like Niche, keyword oriented contents, SE rankings, Social bookmarkings. For example if your site is on cricket then you would receive very high traffic from search engines as many people are search on it but if your site is on kabadi its an Indian game then you would receive lesser traffic as only Indians would search that too rarely so it all depends upon the niche.
0.5% growth rate/week,is it too high without promoting and SEO. I mean if he have not content,they will lose in the intenet. So he need content and than consider to promoting and SEO etc.
Theres no real stats It depends on advertising done (in 1 month old sites you can't talk about SEO) seo can be talked afther few months it depends ...
Ok, maybe I wasn't totally clear on what I was wanting to know. Assuming as I said above, that the person has decent content, and average promotion(social networking, submits ect.) what is the average unique visitors a day, just an over all general for a site that does become successful.
