What is the new criteria for posting live link in Yahoo answer

    Yahoo answer seems to have become more holier now , can some one enlighten about the new criteria for posting live link in Yahoo answer ?

    It looks to me that your link will be live if and only if you are level 2 or higher.

    What I found out so far

    post links with level 1 account - they will be black (non-clickable)

    but once you reach level 2 they will become clickable.

    no idea what happens to links that got "cut"
