    I dont know whether this is the right place to raise this doubt.

    Please find the screen shot below and section highlighted in red oval.
    a. What is the name of these knid of results?
    b .How I can get these kind of result with my sites?

    It is out of your control, unless it's within your control to make a really good site that google thinks is authoritative (I imagine).
